The srcipt The Vault is a File Manipulation script (web based file management).
The Vault is designed to be a central storage system of small files, such as pictures or small uitlities. It is possible to adapt it for large files, however that will have to be done manually. Currently The Vault has the following features: Admin Area, Member Profiles, Automatic Signup, Search Engine, Edit/Delete your files, and Stastistics. It all wroks on a MySQL database.
